Are you a strategic leader with a passion for policy administration and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Policy Administration Manager to oversee the entire policy life-cycle, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop a Team – Manage and mentor Policy Supervisors, set performance targets, and foster professional growth.
Oversee Policy Management – Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining compliance.
Streamline Operations – Identify inefficiencies in policy administration and implement process enhancements to improve productivity.
Enhance Customer Experience – Address complex policy-related inquiries, collaborate with customer service teams, and develop strategies to improve satisfaction.
Ensure Compliance & Minimize Risk – Monitor adherence to industry regulations and internal policies, conduct audits, and mitigate potential risks.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with claims, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless policy administration processes.
Lead Key Projects – Manage initiatives related to system upgrades, process improvements, and regulatory updates to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

Extensive experience in policy administration, operations, or a related leadership role.
Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and policy workflows.
Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence.
Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and implementing improvements.
Customer-focused approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with policy administration systems and automation tools is a plus.
