Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their prestigious 5-star hotel team. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, ensure smooth event planning and execution, and enhance the hotel’s presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
• Manage and supervise hotel staff, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, conferences, and special functions.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and financial goals.
• Drive the hotel’s social media strategy, including content creation, posting, and engaging with guests online.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management, ensuring the hotel operates within its budget.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and staff management experience in a high-end hotel or resort.
