Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
✔ Kontrakbestuur: Laai kontrakte op die stelsel en genereer aankoopbestellings.
✔ Invoere: Werk saam met verskaffers om datum te bly met die vordering van invoere.
✔ Doeane-verklaring: Reël doeane verklarings deur doeane agente.
Sekondêre Verantwoordelikhede:
✔ Afleweringsnotas: Skandeer, rekonsilieer en verwerk afleweringsnotas.
✔ Betalings: Dateer verskafferbetalings op die sisteem.
✔ Rekenkundige Administrasie: Verskaf ondersteuning met administratiewe rekenkundige prosesse.
✔ Algemene Ondersteuning: Help met algemene bedryf- en kantoortake tydens die besige seisoen.
Posvereistes:
✔ Matriek met Wiskunde en Rekeningkunde.
✔ 1-2 jaar werkservaring.
✔ Uitstekende Excel-vaardighede en algemene Microsoft Office-kundigheid.
✔ Sterk numeriese insig en ‘n fyn oog vir detail.
✔ Hoë vlak van integriteit en etiese standaarde.
✔ Moet goed funksioneer binne ‘n klein span.
✔ ‘n Geldige rybewys

More about our client: Our client is a leading business in fertilizer trading and warehousing. Their offices are based in Centurion, while the main operations take place in Durban. The company is committed to efficient import management and maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy. They are currently looking for an Import Administrator to support their operations.
📍 Location: Centurion
💰 Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 (depending on experience)
💼 Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 07:00 - 16:00
📈 Available Positions: 1
👉 Start Date: As soon as possible
Primary Responsibilities:
✔ Contract Management: Capture contracts and generate purchase orders.
✔ Import Tracking: Update, follow up, and track imports with suppliers.
✔ Customs Clearance: Arrange customs clearance with clearing agents.
Secondary Responsibilities:
✔ Delivery Notes: Scan, reconcile, and update delivery notes.
✔ Payments: Update supplier payments.
✔ Accounting Administration: Provide support in administrative accounting processes.
✔ General Support: Assist with operational and office tasks during peak season.
Position Requirements:
✔ Matric with Mathematics and Accounting.
✔ 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
✔ Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✔ Strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.
✔ High level of integrity and ethical standards.
✔ Must function well in a small team.
✔ A valid driver’s license is required.
✔ A BCom in Logistics or Accounting, or currently studying towards one, is advantageous.
