Candidate Requirements

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any regressions or bugs introduced during the development process.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Document and track defects using designated bug tracking tools, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
• Work closely with developers to isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Provide feedback on product usability, performance, and overall quality to help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer in a software development environment.
• Automated testing experience with Telerik or similar (Advantage)
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
