A leading company within the Retail and Services sector is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their dynamic team based in Pretoria East. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional, with strong operational expertise and a CIMA qualification, to take on a key leadership role.

Key Requirements:

CIMA qualification (essential).
4-5 years’ experience in a financial management role.
Solid background in the Retail or Services industries.
Strong operational finance experience.
Excellent financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Proven leadership and people management abilities.
Must reside within Tshwane.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Lead and mentor finance teams to ensure high performance.
Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance procedures.
Engage in operational finance activities, driving efficiency and cost control.
