What We Need From You:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably in home décor, lifestyle, or gifting.

• A dynamic, outgoing personality – you’ll need to connect with our customers and create a memorable shopping experience.

• Comfort with the salary range (R15 000 – R20 000) – this is set and non-negotiable.

• A strong sales track record – you know how to meet and exceed targets while leading a motivated team.

• Tech-savvy and organized – experience with POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

• Female candidates will be given preference.
