About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Marketer to join our team and drive marketing efforts for our exclusive lodge group. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing hospitality properties, be fluent in Afrikaans and English, and be based near Pretoria.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and bookings.Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.Work closely with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to promote the lodges.Create engaging content, including promotional materials, blog posts, and videos.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to enhance marketing efforts.Organize and attend tourism expos, networking events, and promotional activities.Collaborate with the reservations team to drive direct bookings and improve guest experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
• Marketing experience in the hospitality industry (lodges, resorts, or hotels).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based near Pretoria (or willing to relocate).
• Valid driver’s license and own transport preferred.
