Hul doel is om langdurige verhoudings met kliënte te bou en omvattende versekeringsoplossings te bied.

💰 Salaris: R15 000 – R20 000 (na gelang van ervaring)
💼 Werksure: Maandag - Vrydag | 08:00 - 17:00

Wat jy gaan doen:
✔ Kliëntediens: Verskaf uitstekende ondersteuning aan kliënte deur polisnavrae, hernuwings en wysigings te hanteer.
✔ Polisadministrasie: Bestuur polisopstellings, hernuwings, wysigings en dokumentasie.
✔ Eise-ondersteuning: Help met die koördinering en verwerking van eisdokumentasie.
✔ Afspraak- en Kalenderbestuur: Skeduleer afsprake, vergaderings en opvolg-aksies vir makelaars.
✔ Ondersteuning van Besigheidsgroei: Help met voorbereidings vir nuwe besigheid en ondersteun bemarkingsaktiwiteite.
✔ Kommunikasie met Versekeraars: Werk saam met versekeraars om polis besonderhede, dekking en premie-inligting te bepaal.
✔ Algemene Administrasie: Organiseer administratiewe take soos data-invoer en opvolg van take.
Waarna ons soek:
✔ Matrieksertifikaat
✔ RE5-sertifikaat is voordelig
✔ 3-10 jaar ondervinding in die versekeringsektor.
✔ Ervaring in beide persoonlike en kommersiële versekering.
✔ Uitstekende vaardighede in Excel, Word en Outlook.
✔ Sterk administratiewe en organisasie vaardighede.
✔ Vermoë om verskeie take effektief te prioritiseer en onder druk te werk.
✔ Klantgerig met uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede.
✔ Selfgedissiplineerd en proaktief.

📍 Location: Tygervalley, Cape Town
💰 Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 (depending on experience)
💼 Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Client Service: Provide excellent support to clients by handling policy inquiries, renewals, and amendments.
✔ Policy Administration: Manage policy setups, renewals, amendments, and documentation.
✔ Claims Support: Assist in coordinating and processing claims documentation.
✔ Appointment & Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for brokers.
✔ Business Growth Support: Assist with preparations for new business and support marketing efforts.
✔ Communication with Insurers: Work with insurers to obtain policy details, coverage, and premium information.
✔ General Administration: Organize administrative tasks such as data entry and follow-ups.
What we’re looking for:
✔ 3-10 years of experience in the insurance sector.
✔ Experience in both personal and commercial lines insurance.
✔ Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
✔ Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure.
✔ Client-focused with strong communication skills.
✔ Self-disciplined and proactive.
