Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled Steel Sales Representative to drive new business growth and manage existing client relationships. This role demands industry expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and expand client base in the steel sector.
• Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advise clients on steel product selection and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Maintain accurate records and provide sales forecasts.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications in sales or the steel industry
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of steel products and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant industry certifications.
