Strategize like Ethan Hunt: Identify and exploit improvement opportunities in business operations and processes
Crack the Code: Gather, document, and validate client requirements with expert precision (BRDs, User Stories, Gap Analysis – you name it)
Stakeholder Whisperer: Engage and align key stakeholders on documented requirements
Solution Engineer: Collaborate in designing impactful solutions that deliver measurable results
Testing Genius: Define test cases and acceptance criteria, assist with rigorous testing, and ensure the solution works like a charm
Master Communicator: Present insights, escalate risks, and keep the mission on track while juggling multiple tasks
 
Skills & Experience:
Tech Savvy Agent: Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Visio, and SQL (or similar) is your toolkit of choice
Financial Intel: Deep understanding of banking systems, regulatory compliance, payment platforms, and core banking architecture
Agile Expert: Agile/Scrum methodologies are your bread and butter
Detail-Oriented Dynamo: You sweat the small stuff and can work under pressure like a pro
A relevant tertiary qualification or a certificate in Business Analysis (FTI, IIIBA, SAFe)
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
Bonus points for exposure to digital banking, AI-driven solutions, or fintech collaboration
