Consulting Engineers seeks mechanical draughtsman with prior experience in Building Services

Qualification
National Diploma in CAD Drafting or Mechanical Engineering
3D Revit skills

Responsibilities:

Revit drafting skills
Mechanical Drafting of HVAC and Building services
Administering the drawing office and keep all project drawings filled electronically or in hard copy.
Produce standard legends and notes for drawings.
Compiling all HVAC design work site monitoring,
Might be expected to do admin work not related to the drawing office.
Compile all design information and parameters, to produce heat load calculations and design, to design air conditioning and ventilation system, to do ducting design work and equipment selection.
Will assist with compiling tender Document, Bills of Quantities, Budgets estimates and commissioning.
