Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Technical Recruiter with a specialization in AI, Machine Learning, and Robotics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and building LinkedIn projects, navigating through extensive talent pools to identify hard-to-reach skills. You will have experience recruiting for the EU, UK, and US markets, and will be responsible for driving the recruitment process across these regions. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Talent: Leverage your expertise in sourcing hard-to-find technical talent in AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, and related fields. You will use LinkedIn and other channels to identify and engage with passive candidates. Building LinkedIn Projects: Take on the responsibility of developing and managing LinkedIn projects, including scrolling through large volumes of pages to discover specialized talent that fits our client's needs. Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and the recruitment team, to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent. Ensure that you maintain a high level of collaboration, communication, and transparency with your team members. Market Experience: Utilize your knowledge and experience within the EU, UK, and US markets to source and place top-tier technical talent across these regions. Tailor your approach to different market demands and skillsets. Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive reports on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines to Jade, showcasing key insights and metrics to improve recruitment strategies. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to finalizing job offers and onboarding. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure recruitment needs are met with the best possible candidates in the market. Adaptability and High Energy: Bring a high level of energy to the recruitment process and continuously adapt to the evolving needs of the business and market demands.
Candidate Requirements
Expertise in recruiting for technical roles, specifically in AI, ML, and Robotics. Experience with LinkedIn recruitment and sourcing strategies, particularly with niche and hard-to-reach talent pools. Proven track record in recruiting for the EU, UK, and US markets. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. High energy, with a proactive approach to recruitment. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving recruitment needs.
