Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Recruiter to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a natural ability to build rapport, and possesses strong recruitment experience within the finance sector. You will be responsible for sourcing top finance talent, engaging candidates, and supporting a UK-based consultant by maintaining a strong pipeline of non-qualified finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management
Source, attract, and engage finance candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct high-volume candidate outreach, including screening calls, interviews, and assessments.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of finance professionals, ensuring readiness for upcoming roles.
Gather market intelligence by building trust and having open conversations with candidates about their job search activities and interview processes.
Recruitment Support
Work closely with the UK team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Provide comprehensive recruitment support, including coordinating interviews and assessments.
Assist in negotiations, offer management, and the onboarding process.
Update and maintain the CRM/ATS with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Collaboration & Market Insight
Act as a key link between candidates and the UK team, sharing valuable insights on hiring trends and potential leads.
Work autonomously while contributing to a hard-working and supportive team environment.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements
2-3 years of experience in finance recruitment within a fast-paced environment.Strong ability to build rapport, gather insights, and share intelligence with the UK team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Proven experience in managing high-volume candidate outreach and maintaining an organized pipeline.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Highly articulate, thorough, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Experience using CRM/ATS platforms for candidate tracking and management.
