Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in establishing and growing our US support operations while working closely with our team in Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top-tier teaching talent while ensuring seamless integration with our tech-driven recruitment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Resourcing & Engagement
Identify, engage, and nurture top-quality candidates, ensuring a robust talent pool.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability for various education roles.
Proactively source new candidates via headhunting, networking, and referrals.
Provide guidance and support to candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience on our platform.
Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring
Lead by example, setting high standards in recruitment best practices.
Monitor advertising responses, job board postings, and sourcing efficiency.
Track candidates through onboarding software, ensuring a smooth experience for high-caliber candidates.
Oversee team KPIs and support the development of new team members.
Compliance & Database Management
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our CRM.
Ensure candidates meet compliance standards and maintain their eligibility.
Manage calendar functions to optimize candidate availability and placements.
Collaboration & Client Support
Act as the key communication point between the Candidate and Schools Teams.
Provide valuable insights to support operations and product development.
Work closely with schools to understand their needs and match them with suitable candidates.

Drive candidate engagement with the app, ensuring maximum adoption and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in education recruitment in Florida is essential.Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in recruitment software (HubSpot, Paylocity), job boards, and social media sourcing.
Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (native-level proficiency required).
Organization: Ability to manage high-volume workloads methodically and efficiently.
Proactive & Adaptable: Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to support and motivate colleagues.
