What I'm Looking For:

• Completed BSc in IT or a related field.
• SQL Mastery: Expertise in writing complex SQL queries (including joins, subqueries, and window functions) and experience optimizing performance for large databases.
• Database Design & Optimization: Experience with schema design, indexing strategies, query optimization, and normalization/de-normalization. You know how to make a database fast, scalable, and efficient.
• Hands-On Experience with SQL Databases: Deep experience with at least one major SQL database system like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Bonus points for NoSQL knowledge as well!
• Data Integrity & Security: You understand the importance of maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and security, and have experience implementing best practices for data governance and privacy.
• Problem Solver: You enjoy working on challenging problems and finding creative ways to optimize and streamline data processes. You can identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot performance issues, and offer solutions that improve system performance.
