Are you a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for innovation and precision? Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute mechanical design projects from concept to implementation. This role requires expertise in 3D modeling, detailed drawings, stress analysis, and technical documentation, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to deadlines.

Education:

BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in mechanical design, conveyor systems, or material handling.
Experience in Visual Basic or C+ programming (advantageous).
Project management experience is a plus.
Plan and manage daily engineering tasks to meet strict project deadlines.
Develop detailed designs using AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks, from conceptual sketches to full 3D models.
Conduct stress analysis, simulations, and ISO-compliant reporting.
Handle product costing, quoting, and BOM creation within an ERP system (Epicor).
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including client liaison, site visits, order processing, and installation support.
Provide specialist technical support and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Process sales orders, verify specifications, and manage engineering documentation.
