Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow & Production Management:

• Plan and oversee the sublimation, transfer, and vinyl printing processes to ensure efficient workflow.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure all printing and pressing targets are met within deadlines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality standards.

2. Staff Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of printing and pressing operators.

• Train staff on best practices, safety procedures, and machine operation.

• Monitor performance and productivity, providing feedback and support where necessary.

3. Coordination with Other Departments:

• Work closely with the Cutting and Sewing Departments to ensure smooth transition of printed materials for further production.

• Communicate with design and production teams to align on print requirements and specifications.

4. Quality Control & Maintenance:

• Ensure that all prints meet quality standards before proceeding to the next stage of production.

• Maintain and oversee the servicing of printing and pressing equipment to prevent production delays.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on production output, staff performance, and any challenges faced.

• Maintain records of materials used, print jobs completed, and machine maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sublimation printing, transfer printing, and vinyl printing.

• Previous leadership or managerial experience in a production environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot machinery and resolve printing issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments.

• Proficiency in using printing software and production management tools.
