What You Bring:
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in data science, specializing in business intelligence, analytics, or operational decision-making.
✔️ Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and expertise in data visualization tools.
✔️ Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar).
✔️ Strong foundation in statistical analysis & machine learning methodologies.
✔️ Leadership experience or a strong desire to build and manage a data science team.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points for:
⭐ Experience in credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis.
⭐ Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
⭐ Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
