Duties:

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the automation of accounting systems and transactions, working closely with IT to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and financial records, ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights into financial performance and strategic planning.
• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, and actively contribute to minimizing financial risk.

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualifications:
  • BCom Accounting/Finance Degree.
• Experience:
  • BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Essential).
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and controls.
