A leading company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex datasets and delivering strategic insights. This role requires expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and inform business strategies. They will create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility. The role involves leading data analytics projects, mentoring junior analysts, and shaping internal data standards while providing actionable insights for key stakeholders
 
Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation
Understanding of financial data, performance metrics, and trend analysis
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations
Experience leading and mentoring junior data analysts
Strong communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
 
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
