We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Western Cape, Clanwilliam

Role: Site Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Civil Engineering & Construction

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

•           8-10 years’ experience in large-scale civil engineering projects, preferably dam construction.

•           Strong experience in GCC contracts and cost management.

•           Proficiency in CCS software, BuildSmart, and Model Maker is a must.

•           Proven ability to manage cost control, claims, and contractual obligations.

•           Strong understanding of drilling and blasting, mechanical rock breaking, and slope protection.

•           Experience in payment certifications, budget forecasting, and financial reporting.

•           Professional registration with SACQSP or a recognized body is advantageous.

•           Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

•           Excellent stakeholder coordination and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

•           Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to cost management.

•           Effective communicator with strong report-writing and presentation skills.
