Role: Resident Engineer

Industry: Engineering Consulting

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           BSc or BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering.

•           Registration as a Professional Engineer/Technologist.

•           8+ years experience

•           Knowledge of specifications, Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.) and Conditions of Contract (SAICE GCC, FIDIC, NEC).

•           Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.

•           High resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.

•           Proficient in negotiations, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement.

•           Ability to work independently while efficiently managing multiple priorities.
