Our client, a dynamic urban property developer, dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed apartments that enhance connected city living are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Junior Development Coordinator to support their projects from concept to completion.

If you have a keen interest in urban development, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a drive to contribute to real estate solutions, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:

· Ability to engage with the City of Cape Town and other authorities involved in development arrivals

· 1-3 Years experience in residential real estate projects specifically mid-high-rise apartments

· Skilled in managing and delivering projects on time

· Awareness of economic and real estate research to inform development strategies and project level decisions

Responsibilities:

· Taking ownership of All Local Authority Approvals and Regulatory Compliance

· Monitoring and Reporting

· Communication and Coordination

· Risk Management

· Handover, post-Approval and completion Compliance Monitoring
