We are looking for a highly professional Account Executive to join our team at the Cape Town branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, working collaboratively with the New Business Representative (NBR) to support newly acquired clients, and working closely with the Customer Service Delivery (CSD) team to ensure effective client management and resolution of queries.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and service delivery.
