- Agile methodology experience
- German speaking
- Minimum Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Administration in Accounting, Management Accounting, computer science or business informatics or similar
- Post graduate degree or certification (preferred)
- Chartered Accountant or MBA (very advantageous)
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in relevant commercial or operational roles in financial controlling and/or accounting
- Coordinating and taking care for a certain market rollout in all belongings of the product
- Maintains overview over CoCs specific processes & structures
- Ensures that the CoC solution for a market will be implemented & tested
- Conducts all FIT/GAP workshops & introduces the template processes to markets
- Ensures that Fit-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs
- Organises and ensures that potential GAPs are discussed with the CoC experts
- Maintains documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach (e.g., Process FIT)
- Ensures that the required data collection sheets are filled out (master data & customizing)
- Ensures business and technical roll-out activities are considered in the CoC’s wave planning / backlog
- Overview of CoC specific defects and support coordination that defects are resolved
- Plans training and ensures training is conducted
- Ensures that the migration mapping workshops will take place and that these result in final mappings.
- Ensures that authorisation topics are collected and addressed to the right colleagues
- Supports the CoC specific User Acceptance Test (UAT) planning, CoC specific cut over activities collection & migration and supports coordination during stabilization phase
- Process management office tasks for controlling, ensuring and improving process performance across the entire controlling, the future-proof orientation of controlling and deriving necessary measures for process development for the process owner controlling
- Back office & support of the FC CoCs in data analysis as well as deriving and enforcing procedural standards for all relevant processes in the FC area for the relevant CoCs/ departments
- Defining, implementing and maintaining uniform master data for controlling for the relevant departments
- Carrying out database analyses and responsibility as a data analyst for FC relevant data.
- Alignment with financial projects and departments, e.g. GFBB and FG department to secure the controlling topic interests will be met
