Position Function:

Take ownership of the entire construction lifecycle across multiple projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and unparalleled quality. You'll be the driving force behind on-site efficiency, resource allocation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, managing resources and teams effectively.

·        Guarantee projects are delivered within stipulated timelines and budgetary constraints, adhering to the highest quality benchmarks.

·        Maintain meticulous oversight of all construction processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

·        Proactively manage and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Foster strong communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (B.Sc. or B.Tech), Civil Engineering (B.Eng. or B.Tech), or a related discipline.

·        A Master's degree or professional certifications like PMP are highly desirable.

·        5-10 years of substantial experience in construction management, specifically with large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or multi-story).

·        Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction teams.

·        Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis.

·        In-depth knowledge of South African building codes, safety regulations (OHS Act), and environmental standards.

·        Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
