Our client in the facilities management and cleaning industry is looking for 2x Compliance Officers (Cleaning) – Bellville - Western Cape

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Compliance Officer (Cleaning) to join the Operations team in Bellville - Western Cape. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that cleaning personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Enforce the company’s Disciplinary Code of Conduct
✔ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
✔ Manage roster changes, leave coverage, and site requirements
✔ Address pay queries and ensure accurate payroll processing
✔ Maintain Health & Safety files and ensure compliance
✔ Conduct on-site training and induction for cleaning staff
✔ Investigate on-site allegations and report findings
✔ Oversee cost management, including chemicals, labour, and equipment
✔ Manage cleaning teams and ensure smooth startup of new sites
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships

Minimum Requirements:
📌 Matric Certified
📌 Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
📌 Strong Computer Proficiency
📌 3-5 years experience in the Cleaning Industry
📌 3 years’ supervisory/managerial experience
📌 Knowledge of Cleaning Industry regulations
📌 Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
