Are you an experienced setter with a strong background in toolmaking? We’re looking for a skilled professional with a passion for precision and craftsmanship to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling, fitting, and repairing high-quality tools to ensure optimal performance, as well as setting hydraulic presses, eccentric presses, and press brakes. Set up and adjust hydraulic presses, eccentric presses, and press brakes. Ensure correct tooling and die setups
Troubleshoot setup issues and minimize downtime
Assist with tool maintenance and minor repairs
Collaborate with toolmakers and production teams to optimize efficiency
Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Skills & Experience:
A Setter with toolmaking experience
Ability to read technical drawings and solve mechanical issues
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
A Fitter and Turner with strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn press setup

Minimum requirements
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
Toolmaker Trade or Fitter

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
