Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actual performance, forecasts, and variance analysis
Reporting & Forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and business reviews
Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and provide actionable insights for operational improvements
Strategic Decision Support: Assist senior leadership with data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance and maximize profitability
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting to support scalability and efficiency across the organization

Job Experience & Skills Required:

ACMA / CGMA qualified; Min 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles, ideally within a multinational or complex corporate environment
CA(SA) qualified; Min 2 years post-articles experience
