They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to collaborate with business units and leadership teams, providing critical financial support and insights that drive strategic decision-making and business performance.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between finance and operations to ensure that financial objectives align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders and business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business growth
Financial Analysis & Planning: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align financial targets with business objectives
Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance, identifying key financial trends and potential risks, and offer actionable solutions to drive performance improvements
Business Support: Provide financial guidance to various departments, ensuring that decisions are data-driven and aligned with financial goals
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost control, and efficiency enhancements across the organization
Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with senior leaders and business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business growth

Qualification & Skills:

Qualified CA(SA) / ACMA / CGMA (CIMA qualification)
Min 1 - 2 years post-articles experience in finance business partnering or FP&A
