Internal Sales Administrator (JB5191)

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to support our sales team in the Material Handling and Processing sector. This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal operations, accurate order processing, and strong customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering on responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in an internal sales, sales administration, or customer support role within a technical or material handling environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ability to process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using CRM or ERP systems for sales administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to follow-through, ensuring customer requests and orders are handled efficiently.
Reliable and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth sales administration.
Excellent communicator, able to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales software and CRM/ERP systems.
Problem-solver who can handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the external sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and customer service.
Manage incoming inquiries, generate quotes, and process customer orders efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and stock availability.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and assist in securing new business opportunities.
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking key performance metrics.
Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product-related information.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to support customer needs effectively.
