Position: Sales Representative – Rentals Division
Location: Office-based twice a week, client visits and remote work otherwise
Commission & Incentives:

• 10% commission on gross profit
• R5,000 cash bonus at R50,000 gross profit for the company
• 5% additional commission beyond R50,000 until the next calendar month (resets monthly)
• Monthly sales target: R25,000 gross profit
• Fuel compensation for business-related travel

Job Purpose:

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving event production rentals, securing new clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships. The role involves independent client research, lead generation, and structured sales strategy development.

The ideal candidate will proactively explore innovative ways to increase sales and build a strong network of recurring clients and retainer contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and lead generation to build a strong client base.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Handle administrative duties in the office twice a week, including:
  • Making sales calls and sending emails
  • Drafting weekly sales reports
  • Conducting industry and client research
  • Scheduling and attending client meetings
  • Participating in weekly internal sales meetings
• Develop and execute structured sales strategies with clear targets and milestones.
• Promote event production rental services, including:
  • AV, sound, lighting, staging, and production equipment rentals
  • Targeting corporate clients such as award ceremonies, roadshows, conferences, seminars, expos, festivals, and tours
• Identify and secure recurring clients for retainer contracts.
