    Key Responsibilities

    As a System Tester and Support Professional, you will play a critical role in both system testing and user support. Your daily tasks will include:

    • System Testing:
      • Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, usability, compatibility) on software systems.
      • Identify bugs and defects, document them thoroughly, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
      • Collaborate with developers to ensure quality through retesting and issue resolution.
      • Report Generation.
    • User Support:
      • Provide technical assistance to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting problems.
      • Offer training and guidance on how to effectively use the system.
      • Manage user accounts and access and proactively monitor system performance to identify and resolve issues.
    • Documentation & Collaboration:
      • Assist with creating user manuals and training materials.
      • Arrange and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and keeping comprehensive notes.

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products. Relevant courses or certifications to be presented.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Adequate internet access when working remotely. This includes power backup.
  • Own transport.

 Advantages:

  •         Prior experience in system testing, application support, or related fields.
  •        Previous exposure to working with systems, applications, and processes.
  •         Familiarity with data management.
