Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying on a range of construction projects, ensuring that costs are managed effectively and budgets are adhered to. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for providing accurate cost advice, preparing tender documents, and managing subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full QS function
• Measuring work
• Feasibilities 
• Cost Reporting
• Administration
• Tender process

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 5 - 10 years experince in doing the full QS funtion on Residential and Commercial projects.
• Excellent Exel Skills
• Ability to work on CCS and Buildsmart.
