Oversee financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct return on investment (ROI) and profit analysis to support business decisions
Develop and drive the company's financial strategy to enhance growth and profitability
Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing financial processes and controls
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making

Skills & Experience:
Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial reconciliations, ROI analysis, and profit evaluation
Proven experience in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Ability to analyze financial data and provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making
Experience in managing financial operations and ensuring operational efficiency through process optimization
Background in financial planning and risk assessment to support business expansion and new ventures.
Leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing finance team
Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance financial expertise and strategic vision.
Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
