Key Responsibilities:

Perform cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning and decision-making.
Analyze production costs, material usage, and overhead expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor and manage inventory valuation, ensuring accurate cost allocations.
Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance and improve operational efficiency.
Assist with cash flow management and financial reporting to maintain financial stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost control measures and profitability.

Skills & Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in cost accounting.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the FMCG industry is highly advantageous.
