A dynamic and forward-thinking asset management firm is looking for an analytical, and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. They are seeking a self-starter with at least 1-2 years of investment experience, CFA Level 1 passed, and strong expertise in REITs, asset management, and financial statement analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investment research, building financial models, and identifying strategic opportunities within the real estate and broader investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Research: Conduct in-depth research on REITs and other asset classes, assessing potential risks and returns.
Financial Modeling: Build robust financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and forecast performance.
Market Analysis: Track market trends, economic indicators, and sector-specific developments to inform investment strategies.
Asset Management: Assist with managing real estate investment portfolios, optimizing asset allocation, and monitoring performance.
Financial Statement Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of financial statements to guide investment decisions.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare investment reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
CFA Level 1 passed (CFA Level 2+ is a plus)
1-2 years of experience in investment analysis, with a focus on REITs and asset management
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis
Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
