This Properties Management business has an international footprint, and over two decades of experience managing luxury apartments, duplexes, houses, and commercial offices, emphasizing direct tenant relationships and responsive service.

This role reports to the Finance Manager and will assume responsibility for budgeting and forecasting, assisting with annual budgets, cash flow projections, and financial planning, and lease accounting to ensure the accurate recording of lease agreements, escalations, and IFRS 16 compliance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting
• MDA advantageous
• 6 years relevant Property experience
