Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute the division’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and objectives.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and forecasts, providing key insights to drive business decisions.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure robust risk management frameworks are in place, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting, ensuring that financial targets are met while maintaining profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and external partners to communicate financial performance and drive key initiatives.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in long-term insurance
Power BI expertise
