The Role:
As a Senior Solar Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of solar PV projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, engineering, and optimization of solar PV systems.
Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Oversee the commissioning, testing, and performance analysis of solar installations.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Junior Engineers.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
5+ years of experience in solar PV project engineering, including utility-scale projects.
Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, inverters, and grid connections.
Experience with permitting, regulatory approvals, and HSE compliance.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
