Fine & Country, a real estate agency specialising in the sale and renting of exclusive homes, has an exciting opportunity for a senior administrator to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for sales related administration, office management, marketing, events co-ordination and provision of administrative support to the estate agents.
Main responsibilities:
- Administration related to FFC / PPRA applications, transfers and renewals
- Uploading of listings on the portal and management of listings
- All administration from offer to registration and manage deals from sale to registration
- Office / Operations management
- Provide administrative support to agents when required
- Manage and co-ordinate marketing
- Report sales and rentals to FCSA
- Arrange office events (prize-giving, year-end functions, etc.)
- Manage referral spreadsheet and allocation to agents
Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 5 years’ experience within the property sales industry
- Thorough knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Above average computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong administrative skills
- Accurate, detail-orientated and thorough
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
A market-related remuneration package, in accordance with qualifications and experience, will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
