The Senior Accountant will manage all client relationships, deadlines, and oversee team members to ensure smooth financial controls and compliance. The incumbent will handle a portfolio of clients, with services such as income tax compliance, payroll, cash management, and basic data capturing provided by the team. The role involves managing client deliverables, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial statement preparation. Advanced accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills are essential to this role.

Key responsibilities include: *Financial Reporting *General Ledger Management *Month-End/Year-End Closing *Budgeting and Forecasting *Internal Controls *Tax Compliance *Team Leadership and Mentoring *Cash Flow Management *Ad hoc Financial Analysis.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

• 3-5 years’ of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices;

• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office - specifically Excel, Xero);

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
