Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Junior Legal Assistant in the FMCG/Retail industry. The ideal candidate will provide support to their legal department in various administrative and clerical tasks, including legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with compliance matters.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and letters.
2. Conduct legal research on various topics, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
3. Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
4. Assist with compliance matters, including tracking deadlines, conducting audits, and preparing reports.
5. Communicate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and legal professionals in a professional manner.
6. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
7. Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.
