JNR/SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: Pretoria

Company Overview:
Hire Resovle is looking for a Jnr Site QS to join our client in Bellville. Our client is a leading property development company, specializing in retirement, residential, and commercial projects. 

Main Purpose:
Assist with cost management and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Help prepare BOQs, measure architectural plans, and analyze tender costs.
• Contract Administration: Manage contract documents, filing systems, and close-out files.
• Sub-Contractors & Suppliers: Handle documentation, negotiations, payments, and agreements.
• Revenue & Cash Management: Submit payment applications, manage variations, and maintain cash flow.
• Reporting: Prepare cost reports and manage project finances.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in MS Excel and contract documents (e.g., JBCC).
• Experience in budget preparation and construction processes.
• Familiarity with QTO & CCS.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction projects.
• BSc. QS (Hons) or BTech QS is desirable.
