Employer: Time Personnel
- Paralegal certification, degree in paralegal studies or related qualification
- Minimum eight years’ work experience
- Excellent computer proficiency, legal research and investigative skills
- Strong understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Independent worker who can exercise discretion and good judgment
- Excellent organization skill, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
DUTIES
- Draft legal agreements, assist with execution of agreements.
- Maintain a database of company legal documentations and other legal activities
- Provide support for the legal team
- Support and perform research on legal topics
- Assist general counsel on corporate governance matters
- Assist in legal projects to improve efficiency and transparency within the department and to internal clients
- Assists with special projects as assigned
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
