Understand and be able to read complex construction drawings Valid Driver’s License Be disciplined and have a positive attitude Be Proactive in his/her approach to his/her task Have the Ability to Delegate and have the necessary leadership attributes Have the ability to access situations and respond in a constructive manner. Human skills are essential. Understanding on how the total organization can be affected by a specific activity.
