We have a vacancy for a Stock Coordinator at our clients office that is based in Heidelberg Gauteng.  The successful candidate will be an experienced, motivated individual with the following:

Requirements:

• Computer literate in Pastel, Outlook & Word. 
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Strong Administrative Skills.
• Accuracy and detail orientated.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable, self-disciplined with high integrity.
• Previous inventory or warehousing experience.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Process orders and deliver, reconciliation, transfer, adjust and maintain stock.
• Resolving stock queries.
• General Admin duties.
• Analysing of surplus inventory to determine usage levels and conditions.
• Providing information needed for budget preparations on an annual basis.
• Assisting with managing daily warehouse operations.
• Coordinate transfers in and out of the warehouse, tracking all movements and submitting transfers for processing.
• Make purchase requests, contract vendors and ensure flow of goods.
• Inventory all goods, including sorting, counting and organizing, and account for loss.
• Working with Sales staff to ensure inventory levels are set appropriately to accommodate upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure all receiving shipments are moving in and out of warehouse as scheduled.
• Generate reports on inventory balance and shortages.
