Lead the Future of Data Science in Fintech!

Data Science Lead

What You’ll Do:

Develop & implement business intelligence models to enhance decision-making.
Analyze large datasets using Python & machine learning techniques to uncover insights.
Design & maintain scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate data-driven insights.
Translate complex data into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
Define best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on BI, analytics, or operational decision-making.
Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and data visualization tools.
Experience with large datasets and databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar).
Strong statistical & machine learning knowledge.
Leadership experience or a strong desire to build and manage a team.
Excellent communication skills - able to translate data insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Have:

Experience in credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience with A/B testing & experimentation frameworks.
