Employer: West Coast Personnel

Are you passionate about IT support and helping others? My client seeks a Software & End-User Support Specialist in Cape Town (with occasional travel to Stellenbosch). The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicative, organized, and proactive, able to work independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality and trust.

What You'll Do:

Provide end-user IT software support
Respond to support requests via email, helpdesk system, and phone
Maintain and publish supporting documentation on IT systems
Deliver basic software training (MS Office, iManage, CMS)
Assist with MS Office, iManage/Worksite, and other application queries
Ensure compliance with company and legal IT standards
Support meeting room and Teams connections (Calendar management)
Provide IT software support at our Cape Town & Stellenbosch offices, with occasional remote support for other locations

What You Need:

Grade 12 qualification
1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and MS Office (Word, Excel - Intermediate level)
Experience assisting end users with software-related issues
Previous training experience is an advantage
Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of iManage/Filesite is a plus
Vehicle and valid licence- can discuss.
