Receptionist
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Office Admin
• Perform office errands, such as delivering documents, parcels, and packages to designated recipients.
• Preparing and serving refreshments for meetings, conferences, and office events.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning common areas.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning products.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and sorting incoming mail.
• Help set up and arrange meeting rooms and conference areas as needed.
• Provide support to office staff with tasks as requested, including moving furniture or equipment.
• Assist in the organization and execution of office-related activities and events.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines in all tasks and activities.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:Experience:
• Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred) as an Office Administrator or Receptionist.
• High school diploma required; additional certification in Office Management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
